Taking a cooking class with Sabine in the middle of Provence was the highlight of our honeymoon! Everything was so authentic- from cooking in her Provencal home, to using all local ingredients (many from her own garden including her own olive trees!), to sampling her family's local wine, to sitting down with her family for a traditional lunch, this is truly an experience that we will never forget!

Sabine's cooking class is the ultimate, authentic French Provencal cooking experience for food travelers. Located in the middle of Provence, this is more than a cooking class- it's a French immersion experience. Sabine invites you into her home for a cooking course using local ingredients (including many from her own garden- including her own olive trees!) to make traditional and delicious Provencal cuisine. You're also invited to sit at her table with her family for lunch after cooking and take the recipes home with you. We've recreated many of the dishes we made in her class at home for friends and family. It's an experience that will stay with us forever!

We've made the tarte recipe a lot, and also tried the calamari dish with friends. It's so fun to recreate what we learned in France! This was truly one of the most amazing experience for us foodies :) Thanks again for everything!
